Background Jobs

The Side Menu -> Settings -> View All Background Jobs page lists every background job on your account, newest first.

What Appears Here​

Background jobs are long-running tasks that continue even if you close the app once started. This page shows all of them in one place, including:

Job Status​

Each job shows when it was created and its current status:

  • Created, will begin soon. - the job is queued.
  • Running... - the job is in progress, with a progress bar.
  • Complete. - the job finished successfully.
  • Failed. - the job did not finish; the reason is shown where available.

Downloading Results​

Completed exports and cookbooks show a download icon on the right. Click the job to download its result. Imports do not produce a downloadable file.
